About Me
Hello, I am Renée Day, founder of A Day of Sewing. Growing up in L.A. I was introduced to art and fashion at an early age. Taught to sew by my grandmother, I took to sewing and fashion design immediately. A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, my body of work includes several years designing and pattern making in the garment industry and 15 years costume styling for the motion picture industry.
Offering sewing lessons appropriate for all ages, I am excited to share my love of sewing with both children and adults.
